Packed with superfoods, these smoothies are designed to be a full meal, and are a great way to start your day. Remember to start by adding the liquid into the blender first, then simply add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

GREEN SUPREME

8 oz coconut milk, unsweetened (or favorite dairy free milk)

1 banana frozen

1/2 cup pineapple, frozen

1/2 cup mango, frozen

1 stalk kale

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 Tsp. chia seeds

1 Tsp. spirulina

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

JUNGLE WARRIOR

8 oz almond milk, unsweetened

    (or favorite dairy free milk)

1 package frozen acai (broken into pieces)

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup blueberries, frozen

1/4 cup raspberries, frozen

1 Tbsp. maca

2 Tbsp. almond butter

Acai is naturally high in antioxidants, low in sugar, and rich in iron, calcium, fiber, and vitamin A. We recommend Sambazonfrozen organic acai packets. 

LEAN MACHINE

8 oz coconut milk, unsweetened 

    (or favorite dairy free milk)

1 Tbsp. cacao nibs

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

1/8 avocado

1.5 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

1/2 Tsp. stevia, or to taste

1.5 cups ice

The Lean Machine is our favorite low-sugar fruit-free smoothie. If you need to keep your sugar intake low, try this one out for size. You can also consider adding a quarter cup of a lower-sugar fruit like blueberries or raspberries to give a pop of flavor. Enjoy!
